I uploaded a couple of stories created in Microsoft word, but neglected to check if they did in fact actually upload and it turns out I submitted some beautiful blank documents.
I had accessesesd the word documents through the browse button on the submit stories page, uploaded (I thought) then received the you have been successfull bit.
What did I do wrong?

Not sure. I've gotten several other stories from users that used the upload function and it worked just fine. Try it again and see if it goes through this time!

 I submitted a story, and received the 'you have been successful' section, but i haven't heard anything back, did I do it right? and do I have to write a summary sentence on the first line??
Help, I'm a newbie!

The Lusty Librarian reads through all of the stories so it may take a while before she's able to reach yours. You'll get a notice when it's accepted and you'll still get a note if there is any reason for it not being accepted.

I would probably be checking every ten minutes to see if my story was up if I ever submitted one, being anxious is perfectly reasonable. We're happy to have you here and submitting as well :D |
