Crashing thru the snow
With the neighbors lites in tow
Caught the cord
on the back of my truck
And off to work I go
Little did I know
As I raced on down the road
Of the parade to rival Macey’s
Ridiculously in tow
There were candy canes
Some polar bears
A snow man
the Grinch and Scooby doo
Eight wire reindeer
And a big St. Nick came too
The Manger scene brought up the rear
as the traffic seemed to clear
I should have known
by the smiles and waves
Of what I had in tow
But the police escort
thru the snowy roads
should’ve been a clue
of the kind of gifts
That I’d receive
From the municipality
Parade without a permit
And towing with out license
But the biggest fine of all
Was written for the sign
Merry Christmas!
Now don’t that just beat all?

 Nice
Might not be too sexy, but I liked it.
